Our Story

A slice of New York on Hillsborough St.

Bussin Pizza & Pasta is a small, family-run pizzeria minutes from NC State. We bring real New York-style pies — thin, foldable, charred at the edges — to Raleigh, along with homemade pasta and fresh subs baked on bread we make every morning.

Bussin is run by two brothers, David and Cruz Moyao, who treat every guest like family.

We named it Bussin because that's what students kept telling us our pizza was. The name stuck. The pies got better. Come try a pie.
